Job description
As the Finance Manager for the Luxembourgish holding companies, you will be in charge of managing the global financial activities including a large range of tasks. You will provide support and insight on all financial and operational matters, as follows :

- You will be responsible for complex accounting matters including the production of Statutory Financial Statements, bank reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation and general accounting activities
- You will be in charge of a complete reporting, including the financial analysis of results
- You will manage budgets, forecasts and quarterly reforecasts
- You will report business variances in comparison to the budget and the prior year
- You will be responsible for financial analysis including balance sheets, P&Ls and cash flow analysis
- You will work on complex financial transaction which include follow-up of funds-, transaction- and cash-flow
- You will put in place and maintain internal controls of the holding companies
- You will coordinate all tax, treasury and legal compliance for the holding entities
- You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of SAP FI/CO modules
- You will implement new processes and controls if needed
- You will work in close relation with the local authorities and you will develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as law firm, tax advisors and outsourced providers
- You will work in close relation with the shared service organization and corporate departments

Who we are looking for
- You have a University degree in Finance or you are a qualified accountant or you have an equivalent (ACCA, CAP)
- You have 7 to 10 years of experience and you have a previous experience in a finance management position
- You have a strong knowledge in USGAAP, IFRS and SOX compliance
- You have a solid experience as controller, including statutory book-keeping responsibilities and P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow reporting
- You are experimented in working with external stakeholders (external auditors, tax consultants, legal authorities, law firms)
- You have a good understanding of tax and treasury issues, including complex transactions
- You have experience with complex capital debt and equity structures
- You have experience in managing an entity or a business unit from A to Z
- You are used to work in close relation with senior corporate management and headquarters
- You have the ability to work under pressure and to respect tight deadlines
- You are a team member and able to work in a dynamic and fast growing environment
- You have strong analytical skills
- You are able to lead projects
- You are an experimented user of SAP/Hyperion
- You have excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- You always work with integrity and transparency
- You are fluent in English and French, any additional language is considered as an asset.
