Job description
Excellent opportunities in New Product Development to drive sales growth through researching and developing customers needs in an International business.

Two excellent opportunities have arisen to join this growing International business. Brady is looking for customer centric NPD specialists who, using the Discovery Voice of Customer (DVOC) process, identify unmet customer and market needs, develop new product ideas with the associated business case, and project manage through to successful product launch.
One role will provide the Marketing know-how and expertise to ensure the idea will sell and the other role will determine Brady's technical ability to fulfil the needs with existing or new products. Success will be measured by the quality of the research activity, the growth in the new product pipeline and ultimately the organic growth attributable to the DVOC research activity.
Working in a matrix organization, these roles will require significant collaboration with global and regional marketing, product management and R&D leaders to optimize commercial opportunities for the business, involving the facilitation of group ideation sessions, for example.

Who we are looking for
You will have first class interpersonal skills and commercial business acumen. Of graduate calibre (ideally business, marketing or technical disciplines such as engineering or industrial design) you will have strong experience in strategic market research, product development process / NPD pipeline, P&L and natural leadership qualities gained within an International organisation.
Experienced in project/client management, with the ability to lead cross functional teams, you will be innovative and keen to embrace responsibility and ultimately looking to make a difference within a global business.
Language skills in French, Dutch or German in addition to English would be advantageous though not essential.

What's on offer
Excellent Package, including car allowance, health cover, pension and bonus.
