About our client
For our clients (multinationals or SME's), we are continuously looking for Interim Chief Accountant on temporary basis, it could be an Fixed-term contract or an Interim Mission.

Job description
You are interested and you recognize in the following description :

You are responsible for the smooth operation of all the accounting functions and the preparation of reports and statistics detailing the financial results.
The Chief Accountant is responsible for the establishment and maintenance of solid accounting practices to ensure accurate and reliable data necessary for business operations. The Chief Accountant will lead a team in the Finance Department and will report to the Finance Director.

Who we are looking for
- You have a bachelor/master degree in Accounting or equivalent (preferably post graduate).
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in an international environment with proven management skills
- Knowledge of SOX, US GAAP and Legal GAAP is an asset
-You have strong analytical skills
- Experience in people management is a plus.
- You speak French or Dutch, and you have a good knowledge of the second national language. English is a good advantage.
- Good communication skills, proactive, analytical, flexible and high quality standards.
- You have a good sense of initiative and a hands-on attitude.
