For our client leader in its sector we are looking for a Supply Chain Controller overseeing the different branches.

Job description
You will be responsible for the support of the BU managers from a financial point of view. The financial planning and analysis involves the continuous monitoring of company performance and business forecasts, consolidation to a European level and providing decision support through analysis. Through professional expertise and leveraging best practices we support our local operations to continually improve their financial performance.
For the Finance Team we are looking for a Business Controller, who will support the business in making the right decisions and contribute to the strategic development. The Business Controller will drive the business by steering the appropriate KPI's and assisting in local operations where necessary.

As Business Controller you will report on and challenge the businesses in achieving their results by being the financial partner for the (business) leaders of the companies. Furthermore you will implement and track KPI's to measure the Business and prepare specific investment decisions and policies.

Tasks and responsibilities:

- Report on and challenge the business in achieving their results:
- Report on the performance of the different operations
- Analyse specific information and advise senior management on appropriate actions
- Discuss performance with Finance and business leads in the field and advise/challenge on performance improvements
- Analyse and challenge Long Range Plans and Budgets for Operations
- Be a partner for the financial and business leaders of the companies:
- Be the centre of expertise for operations
- Assist local operations with (financial) knowledge where necessary
- Define and implement KPI's to measure business:
- Implement KPI's critical to evaluate business performance of businesses
- Track KPI's consistently across the different branches in the Belux region.
- Provide support to local operations in achieving the results
- Prepare specific Investment decisions and policies:
- Analyse and advise on specific Capital Appropriation Requests

Who we are looking for
You have a university degree with a proven track record in finance. You have 3 - 5 years experience in a Controller position or as an External Auditor. Furthermore you have strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will get the opportunity to take on a higher management position in due time.

What's on offer
company car and salary between 42.000€ and 48,000€
