Job description
Role:
You will evolve as Consultant / Senior Consultant in the treasury strategy, policies and process areas. The role includes responsibility for marketing, sales, project implementation and team development on treasury strategy and working capital management projects.

Main responsibilities :

- Manage the strategic marketing of the firm's Treasury and Working Capital Management services;
- Identify and manage sales targeting exercises towards selected key clients and further develop existing and potential key client relationships;
- Identify key market trends and innovations and develop the firm's contribution and approach to these;
- Perform the role of project manager and/or expert advisor to clients tackling issues such as; treasury strategy, policies, organizational structure;
- Grow and further develop the current team, by providing tailored training and development opportunities and producing interesting project opportunities to enhance the experience of the team;

Who we are looking for
The following experience is required:
- First experience in a Corporate Treasury Department (min 4 years)
- Treasury process re-engineering
- In-depth understanding of Front, Middle & Back Office treasury processes
- Management information enhancement, including Treasury performance reporting, Accounting, Operational reporting, Market risk analysis
- Experience of dealing at Group Treasurer and CFO level

Skills :
- Excellent client relationship management skills,
- Good negotiation skills,
- Ability to work and motivate in a team spirit environment,
- Be able to work with minimum supervision and to strict deadlines,

Knowledge of the following would be an advantage :
- Treasury systems implementations
- Risk Modelling - FX and Interest rate strategies
- Financial value chain management and/or financial shared service centres

Ideal Candidate :
- Treasury Consultant/ Corporate Treasurer with experience in financial shared service centers or coordination centers with hands on knowledge;
