About our client
Our client, a global manufacturing support company, is looking for an EMEA Commercial Controller.

Job description
As key finance leader of the business unit you will be responsible for driving financial and operational improvements and ensuring accurate financial reporting and planning and provide financial leadership and guidance to other functions within the business unit

Provide financial leadership and guidance to other functions within the business unit

Financial Planning/Budgeting:
- Drive monthly forecast, Annual Plan, Long Range Plan
- Highlighting of risks, opportunities and corrective actions

Projects:
- Initiate and support initiatives and projects

Reporting:
- Oversee the closing process and review results to ensure accuracy
- Variance Analysis
- Misc. reporting (product line, price realization, FX)

Control:
- Oversee & implement Controls Policies & Procedures
- Understand product line profitability and drive improvement
- Ownership of working capital targets

Consolidation of cross business unit commercial reporting

Who we are looking for
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Perfectly fluent in English, French and / or Dutch
- Minimum five years of working in a financial role, preferably within a multinational company
- Demonstrated success in a previous controller position
- Must be able to work effectively in a matrix environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable presenter at all levels
