The company offers a high quality customer service concept, including a proactive support with a 24 * 7 hour network operations center and daily performance tracking. This means that any problem in the hotel is dealt proactively.
Therefore, we are currently seeking an Account Manager for the Belgian market.
Job description
Reporting to the Sales Manager Benelux, you will have the following responsibilities:
- The further optimization of the existing relationships with hotels in Belgium and Luxembourg
- Increase market shares in this area.
- Focus on the Brussels area, the "heart" of the hotel market.
- Maintain long-term relationships with hotels.
- After a thorough experience as Account Manager, you will be responsible for sales in Belgium and Luxembourg.
Who we are looking for
As ideal candidate, you have a Business Degree or equivalent. You possess a proven commercial experience in a similar role in the service industry. The knowledge of the hotel and/or the IT/Telecom markets will be considered as a very strong asset. In addition to excellent communication skills, you are autonomous and looking for long-term challenges. You are result and customer focused.
You must be fluent in Dutch, French and English.
