Job description
Reporting to the Vice President - Commercial Controller, as Senior Business Controller, you will be in charge of a specific Business Unit,

Part of the Group Sales & Marketing organization, the purpose of the job will be the support of the specific Business Unit and his/her organisation in steering and developing the business towards the strategic targets.

Your main areas of responsibilities will be the following :

-Support the Business Unit in managing the organisation.
-Coordinate key processes in the organization for business planning and controlling, like: strategy planning, sales planning, target setting, management reporting, performance reviews, sales forecasting and cost management.
-Maintain and develop operational and management processes within the cluster organisation.
-Facilitate the use of vertical profitability information in the organisation and increase profit awareness.
-Facilitate and participate in cluster and key account performance reviews and follow up actions.
-Provide business analysis, utilising internal and external data.
-Support management decision making.
-Contribute as an active member of the Management Team
-Support the VP-Commercial Controlling and the Business Controller- GS&M with their responsibilities.
-Potentially act as project/steering committees member in development projects

Who we are looking for
Education : you have an university degree in Finance / Commercial area

Work experience : you have between 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience as Business Controller / Finance Manager / Corporate Controller in a Sales & Marketing organization within an international company.
