Job description
Reporting to the Vice President - Commercial Controller and part of the Group Sales & Marketing departement, as Regional Business Controller, the purpose of your job will be to support the organisation in steering and developing the business towards the strategic targets, with a strong focus on performance management.

You will provide corporate governance for sales companies in the regions and manage the financial and administrative processes related to the regions and sales companies.


Your main areas of responsibilities are the follwoing :

-Challenge and support the regional organisation in order to improve performance,
-Support GS&M management decision making with regard to Regions and Stock & Processing,
-Review capital expenditure proposals,
-Manage the target setting, capital expenditure, cost management, financial forecasting and management reporting for the regional organisation,
-Provide governance as board member for sales companies,
-Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, tax, internal control and group requirements by sales companies,
-Supervise the reliability and efficiency of the financial-administrative functions in sales companies and facilitate knowledge management and sharing of best practices,
-Contribute as an active member of the Regions and Stock & Processing Management Team,
-Potentially act as member of steering committees and development projects

Key linkages/interfaces

-The job holder will work, on a daily level, very closely to the SVP-Regions and Stock & Processing and his/her team of direct reports,
-Regional and country heads and sales company controllers,
-Group Sales & Marketing organization,
-Corporate Controllers Office,
-Group legal, internal auditing, treasury and risk management departments

Who we are looking for
Education : you have an university degree in Finance, Economy or Commercial.

Experience : you have between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience as Business Controller / Finance Manager / Corporate Controller within and international company ideally gained within a sales & marketing organization.
