About our client
Our client is an international universal bank with offices in all major financial centers and a large presence in Europe, the Americas, Asia Pacific, and the emerging markets.

They are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to report to the Marketing Director.

Job description
Define and animate the client value propositions for the different segments.
Responsible for developing the marketing plans for 3 different client segments that will contribute in increasing the depth of the client relationship and optimize satisfaction.

As Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of:

· the strategic marketing : Leverage client insights to fine tune the 3 client value propositions ;

· The operational marketing : Define and implement marketing strategy ;

· The marketing insights : Increase ‘client’s voice’ within the bank by leveraging client’s insights ;

· The competitive watch : Revalue proposed marketing strategy in lights of etition ;

· The client recruitement : Develop effective acquisition campaigns ;

· The work in collaboration with Head of E-channels and Head of communication to maximize impact of marketing activities and is frequently exposed to Senior Management.

Who we are looking for
· University degree with a preference for commercial / marketing / finance dimension ;

· Minimum 5-10 years experience in a marketing position (outside financial sector B2B marketing is an asset) and can demonstrate successful achievement ;

· French or Dutch speaking + English ;

· Stress resistant and willing to develop itself ;

· Independent although open to feedback ;

· Strong passion for getting things done and generating impact.
