Job description
The Accounting Manager will be responsible for:
- Responsible for the supervision and organisation of all accounting processes (accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, banking, cash, expense notes, miscellaneous postings.
- Responsible for the VAT and Intrastat declarations;
- Responsible for month-, quarter-, and year-end closures;
- Responsible for the annual accounts;
- Responsible for the preparation of the declaration to Tax Authorities;
- Responsible for the invoicing and the follow-up of accounts receivable;
- Responsible of payments;
- Contact person for auditors, tax consultants, banks, suppliers, customers and the government;
- Reporting to the Senior Financial Manager.

Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate should have following qualifications:

- An A1 in Accounting-Tax;
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position;
- A good knowledge of accounting and VAT legislation is required;
- An experience with an ERP system is desirable (preferably Oracle);
- Good knowledge of Excel;
- Knowledge from and Experience with IAS is a plus;
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Pro-active;
- Working with and respecting deadlines;
- Able to work independently;
- Stress resistant and flexible.
