About our client
For one of our clients, an middle sized international, we are currently looking for a high potential junior HR manager.
Job description
Directly reporting to the managing Director, you will be in charge of the start up of the HR department:
- Being member of Board of Management,
- Translate HR strategy into concrete action plans within the company
- setting up a professional recruitment & selection policy, interacting with external providers, negotiating contracts,...
- setting up training and coaching programs, evaluations, bonus system
- payroll and compensation & benefits: insurances, payroll for 80FTE, fleet management,...
- preparing the company for its international development towards other European countries (Germany, etc...)
Who we are looking for
- High potential with a passion and career ambition in HR
- academic background in HR or Master degree with additional HR diploma is a conditio sine qua non.
- Fluent Dutch, French, English is a necessity!
- good knowledge of social legislation, and willing to improve continuously.
- 2-5 years in generalist HR, understanding of several domains including: recruitment, payroll, C & B, legal aspects
- autonomous, stress resistent, result oriented, and diplomatic personality
