About our client
Our client is one of the leaders within the agro industrial sector looking to reinforce its activities and to recruit a HR Manager for its global activities.

Job description
Reporting to the President Sourcing and Cocoa you will play a vital role in shaping the Group HR strategy and corporate agenda within the local Business Units. You will develop innovative policies and procedures and solutions to help the Group meet its business objectives. Your key role will be to seek ways to improve organizational performance by attracting high potential candidates, implementing talent management schemes and developing HR instruments for staff induction, integration and retention.

Furthermore, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies and procedures by delivering tailor-made HR solutions and procedures across all businesses;
- Playing an active role within the Sourcing Management Team by supporting business strategy;
- Providing strategic HR advice and guidelines;
- Being up-to-date with external HR trends and best practices;
- Leading change management from restructuring to business growth as well as managing leadership development initiatives;
- Optimizing organizational staffing according to business needs and participating in recruitment and selection for positions reporting to the Managing Director;
- Managing and motivating the HR function;
- Supervising employee relations, collaborating with employee representative bodies.

Who we are looking for
You will be a Business Administration, Law or Social Sciences graduate with ideally at least 10 years of professional HR experience, of which at least 5 years in HR management within an international corporate HR environment. You will have a proven track record in compensation & benefits, expatriate policy, talent development and international recruitment. You will also have experience in organisation design, development, and change management. This fast-paced, entrepreneurial business needs a candidate who is able to imbed business values through financial returns and continuous improvement. A previous experience on the African continent would be a plus. Fluency in French and English is a must.
