About our client
Our client, active in the real estate sector, is looking for a Financial Analyst. You will be involved in financial and commercial aspects.

Job description
The Financial Analyst is part of a dedicated team and participates in all phases of the investment cycle. He/She will work under supervision of an Asset Manager and a Director.

- Acquisition phase:

The Financial Analyst is involved in the sourcing and underwriting of acquisition projects and focuses on:
- Market research,
- Elaboration of Business Plans and Cash flow modelling,
- Reports and memo drafting.

- Post acquisition phase:

The Financial Analyst:
- contributes to the reporting to shareholders and is responsible for the compliance with the process and procedures.
- takes part in the sales process,

Some European travels may be required as the role develops.

Who we are looking for
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration/Finance (Bwl-level).
- Must be eager to work in a quantitative and analytical environment and excited
- Ability to manage information in a fast and efficient way.
- Must be a self-starter, be able to work independently and as part of a team, take initiative, demonstrate a willingness to learn and have a positive attitude.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and relationship skills are needed.
- Perfectly fluent in Dutch, English and French. Another European language is a plus.
- Work experience between 2 -3 years
- Big 4 experience appreciated (2- 3 years)
