Today, headcount has risen up to about 70 people in 2 main offices (Antwerp and Brussels), dedicated to the discipline they chose for and further specialize in, offering our services to the most prestigious firms, from the largest global players to exciting and fast growing smaller companies.

Job description
Today, we are looking to further develop the Antwerp office. Existing for about 4 years, this office has started from scratch and has built a sound base for further development. To ensure this, we are looking for people to take a leading role in the different specialties to further develop the recruitment of all kinds of profiles in the Antwerp market, and abroad.

We are looking for people who are seeking to make a difference in a project they truly can call their own. We are looking for people who want to take their career on the fast track and are willing to dedicate them to our project, leaving them with a solid background in business development, sales, interpersonal contact, team spirit, languages and internationalization.

Who we are looking for
You have 3-5 years experience within a financial/commercial role or within the position of Recruitment Consultant. You have a business development mindset and a strong business focus. You have the ability to build out your own team and become a manager within our company. Other key competencies: hard worker, strong interpersonal skills, excellent presentation and communication.
