About our client
Our client is a main actor in the construction and real estate sectors. In order to sustain his growth in a growing market, the company is actively looking for a Director of Administration & Finance.
Job description
Within this position, your duties will be to:
- Coordonate the management of the projects,
- Follow-up of all the financial and administrative aspects,
- Execute and follow-up all major financial transactions,
- Enforce, develop and implement the financial discipline/guidelines and controls within the organization,
- Manage the Treasury activities,
- Ensure the administrative management of local staff (payroll...),
- Monitor the performance of the business,
- Develop financial models and ad-hoc studies concerning the expansion opportunities,
- Evaluate and support the finance personnel,
- Develop and improve the financial systems,
- Be the internal (HR matters) and external (stakeholders) contact person,
- Follow the Group guidelines and policies.
Who we are looking for
You must:
- Have a Degree of Commercial Engineer or in Applied Economics Sciences,
- Have minimal 10 years of experience as Finance and Administration Manager within a international environment,
- Have some experience in a project based environment,
- An experience with an ERP is an asset,
- Be fluent in Dutch and English,
- Be a result-oriented, flexible, involved, influencing, enthusiastic, entrepreneurial and committed person.
