About our client
Our client is leader in its sector and currently looking to strenghthen their European Head Office.

Job description
- Management Control
- Design and implement processes to ensure the right information is being provided to set objectives, make decisions and monitor business performance.
- Co-ordinate preparation of budgets, short term forecasts and long range plans.
- Responsible for Group reporting
- Develop key performance indicators for each business unit and perform specific analysis
- Evaluate division's performance in conjunction with Corporate Management .
- Develop financial support on Group/Local projects and be actively involved in projects on performance management (eg implementation of BI tool)

-Systems and Process
- Ensure appropriate systems and processes are in place to correctly measure business performance and control financial risks.
- Ensure integrity and efficiency of systems and processes with respect to financial reporting
- Take initiatives to further optimize the effectiveness of the ERP system by developing and implementing Group standards on performance management

- Financial Strategy
- Assist in further developing, supporting and executing overall Group Finance strategy

Who we are looking for
- Master degree in Business Economics, Commerce or Finance.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in controlling and financial management within an international industrial environment.
- Experience in Group reporting and budgeting
- Knowledge of IFRS
- Strong team player.
- Able to work autonomously
