Job description
As a recruitment consultant your role is to work with both employers and job seekers to facilitate a successful match. Whether you're advising one of the world's largest companies on a candidate sourcing strategy or helping a potential candidate take the next step in their career, this exciting and rewarding role will set you on the path for success.

At Michael Page, consultants manage the recruitment process for both candidates and clients from start to finish. Key elements of the role include:

- Providing market knowledge and advice to employers
- Sourcing suitable candidates via networking, advertising and referrals
- Maintaining candidate networks
- Providing resume, interview and career advice to candidates
- Interviewing candidates on a general basis and for specific roles
- Managing the job offer process and negotiating salary packages
- Maintaining market and commercial awareness through research and networking
- Working as part of a team to maximise Michael Page's commercial performance
- Developing and managing ongoing client relationships - both on the phone and face to face

Who we are looking for
- You hold a Degree and have at least 3 years of work-experience ideally recruiting in the financial sector.
- You are fluent in French and English, German is a strong asset.
- You are customer-oriented, have solid verbal and written communication skills, immune to stress, and work in a results-oriented manner.
- You are persuasive and customers perceive you as a competent and valuable discussion partner.
- You are pro-active and have a strong entrepreneurial personality.
- You're able to work both independently and in a team.
- You are looking for an opportunity to make the difference by both your personal and technical skills in a dynamic and fast-evolving environment.
