About our client
Our client is a main actor in the construction, real estate and concession sectors.

Job description
You will report directly to the Board of Director and to the regional director of the Group Concessions.
- You are responsible for the management of a concession;
- You are responsible for the management of the concession agreement as well as the O&M and EPC contracts;
- You design and implement processes to make sure the decisions are efficiently carried out on the operational level;
- You ensure a good communication and relation with the banks, the concession partners and the local government, all important stakeholders within the broader management of the infrastructure;
- You have the responsibility for the financial management, where you need to focus on finding alternatives for the collection of the operational fees;
- You will manage a team of 15 employees comprising :
o CFO and and Finance Department
o Technical Department
o Customer Service Department
o Contract Management Service
o Consultants;
- You design and implement the Capital Investment Program;

Who we are looking for
- You have a university degree and at least ten years of relevant experience within the management of large infrastructure concessions;
- You have a good knowledge of the legal and financial aspects of business administration within the United Arabic Emirates;
- You are fluent in English, and have a good knowledge of French and/or Dutch. Knowledge of any other European language is also an asset.

- You are an excellent negotiator and communicator to all stakeholders,
- You have excellent diplomatic skills in order to deal with the local Government;
- You anticipate and interpret the needs of your customers and your partners, and define pro-actively the best practices in order to improve the level of service;
- As a manager, you act as a role model to your team, and try always to get the best out of your people;
- You develop and improve the capability of your staff, in order to better meet the current and future requirements;
- You are an innovative person, who is always on the look-out for improvements and new opportunities within your work area.
