Job description
As a Junior Production Manager you will be responsible for managing the production processes, leading staff, dealing with quality control, control of the equipment, inspection of weights and formulas aimed at ensuring and enhancing the quality that the customers are expecting.

You are therefore responsible for the daily production progress and to obtain the production targets. You get these goals by ensuring optimal utilization and continuous attention to the improvement of the production process. Problem solving in the production area is an important part of the work
You work in close cooperation and support with the Site Manager.

Who we are looking for
An Industrial Engineer with an operational mind.
A strong and positive personality to guide, coach the team leaders.
Able to make people perform better and show them their responsibilities.
Always strives for structural improvements, to avoid recurrent failures.
Fluent in French and or Dutch and preferably living close to Brussels or is prepared to move to that region.
Key skills include: communication skills, perseverance, analytical mind, Team Spirit, Quality driven, Stress-resistant.
