My client is a prestigious consultancy company. They are working on both international and local projects with clients from every sector.
They are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join their Health & Public Services sector.

Job description
Business Analysts are responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance. Consultants have skills in design and implementation of functional solutions to optimize a company's business processes, management and relationships. Consultants specialize in industry-specific functional areas, such as insurance claims processing or Payments Processing.

As an IT Consultant, specific responsibilities may include:

- Documenting business requirements
- Performing application design activities (e.g., writing functional designs)
- Assisting in conducting gap analysis between business requirements and software
- Creating functional requirements as an input to application design
- Assisting with build, test, and deploy activities
- Performing testing work
- Developing efficient code
- Assisting in the development of to-be processes
- Assisting in development and testing of new business processes, capabilities, and, as appropriate, supporting technologies
- Developing deployment deliverables (communications, training, etc.)
- Assisting in implementation activities related to new solutions
- Applying skills in project and program management while exhibiting leadership in process re-engineering and implementation of process and technology change

Who we are looking for
The perfect candidate has :

- Master degree in (Applied) Economic Sciences, Engineering, Commercial Sciences, Computer Sciences, or any other master degree completed by a degree in Management Science
- Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
- 1 to 3 years of experience where you demonstrated technical abilities and business skills. Experience in a functional and/or analytical role is a strong asset
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Fluency in English (written and oral) and good working knowledge of Dutch and French
- Good interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel abroad
