Our client is a key stakeholder in the FMCG world, with a wide portfolio of global brands, most of them leader on their markets. It operates in a wide variety of Food products.

Job description
The Business Process leader is accountable for managing the relationship with the defined business partners, contribute to business process improvements, provide project management skills, co-ordinate and act as an escalation point for support related issues.

Your core responsibilities are:
- Business Process Partner - you are the liaison between the business community and the IT organisation. You work with business partners to plan, execute, and deliver benefits from our IT investments. You contribute to business process improvement. You propose solutions to meet user needs.
- Project Management - you support business leaders in delivering business application projects. You perform project management in accordance with the methodology. You manage and report risk to ensure project will be delivered on time, quality & budget.
- Application Support - For local applications, you manage application support and lifecycle requirement. You act as a point of escalation for issues on global application and manage these through to resolution.
- Communication - You ensure IT activities are aligned, communicated and understood by business partners and vice versa. You are the business voice within the IT organisation.
- Sox & IT internal process compliance: execute IT tasks in accordance to the procedures. Adheres to the requirements of the Program Management Office for reporting and documentation.

Who we are looking for
- You hold a Professional Bachelor or University degree.
- You have 2 to 5 years experience in a Business Process Oriented position , preferably in a FMCG environment,
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to communicate with a variety of people.
- You have leadership and project manager potentials.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
