Job description
We are looking for a proactive individual to research for positions at Board, Director and senior management levels along with specialist posts in Belgium.

You will act as a direct partner for our executive search consultants throughout the entire process and be responsible for :

- implementing and developing a search strategy
- identifying potential candidates for high level assignments through strategic market analysis
- prescreening of candidates by phone and participating in face to face candidate interviews
- supporting executive search professionals in the briefing and execution of search engagements
- preparing potential business presentations
- tracking information on clients and target companies to develop a knowledge base

Who we are looking for
Qualification & Experience :

- You have a University degree
- You are trilingual (Dutch, French, English)
- You have at least 2-3 years previous experience in a similar role, or in the recruitment sector

Personal Skills
- Highly analytical and detail oriented
- Self starter with drive and tenacity
- Strong team player
- Excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to interact credibly on the phone with people from all levels of an organization
- Excellent writing skills and ability to produce relevant documentation for clients
