Job description
Reporting to the Group Director, you define and implement the group production strategy. More precisely, you:

" Lead, plan and control the International Manufacturing and Prepress activities.
" Set up the strategy and policies of the production unit in line with the business plan.
" Control and ensure the local implementations (country per country).
" Are in charge of the financial resources of the department.
" Manage the local Production Managers (define the targets, evaluate…).
" Establish and maintain relations with suppliers: define the suppliers strategy, supervise the audit policy, and lead strategic negotiations together with the Group Director.
" You maximize the quality, optimize the costs and control the planning of this end of line unit.

Who we are looking for
" You have a master's degree, ideally in Engineering.
" You have 10 years of experience, of which at least 4 years in the Printing industry (Manufacturing and Prepress).
" You are able to work with a strategic helicopter view.
" You embrace our defense of consumer values.
" You are well-known to be authentic, honest and fair.
" You speak French and English fluently. Any other Latin language is an asset.

You are flexible for international travels (mainly Europe).
