Our client is looking for a Project Portfolio Manager

Job Description

  • Provide a clear and structured oversight of the department's project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, effective prioritization, and monitoring of budgets and expected benefits.
  • Centralize and assess new initiatives, enabling Business Owners to make informed decisions through solid business cases, value assessment, risk analysis, and effort/cost estimates.
  • Drive project execution and benefits realization by maintaining a transparent roadmap and proactively managing risks.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery by setting standards and supporting teams in defining testable requirements, acceptance criteria, test plans, and incident management.
  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team (PMO, QA, Senior PMs), fostering collaboration, ownership, and a sustainable workload.

The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent by experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Project, Program or Portfolio Management
  • French and Dutch are mandatory
  • Great communication skills, team player, can work in a complex environment
