For our office in Brussels, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant in our Property & Construction Team:
- Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients
- Build close partnerships with clients to help their business grow
- Advise and sell the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates
- Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment
- Lead the recruitment process from A to Z, from the interview to the offer stage
- Conduct in-person/virtual interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates
- Be responsible for developing new business opportunities
- Offer CV, interview and general career advice to your candidates
