About Our Client

Our client is a Belgian company with a European presence active in the Retail sector. Their offices are located in Braine-L'Alleud.

Job Description

The key responsibilities are :

  • Preparation of budget and financial forecasts for multiple legal entities and business units
  • Produce and analyse the internal financial reporting (sales / financial results / CAPEX / margin analysis)
  • Monthly reporting and analysis meeting with Sales and Operationnal departments
  • Prepare the financial reporting to the Board of Directors (with presentation)
  • Advise and support the Management in identifying profitability improvements and opportunities
  • Ad-hoc projects

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate :

  • First experience of at least 5 years as Business / Project Controller in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in French with an excellent command of English (Dutch is an asset)
  • First experience with SAP is a strong asset
  • Excellent command of Power BI and Excel is mandatory
  • First experience in the Retail Sector is an asset
  • Excellent communication and strong critical thinking
  • Autonomy and assertivity
