Job Description

As successful Account Manager - Cardio Vascular - West Flanders / East Flanders / West part of Flemish Brabant & Brussels, you will have the following responsibilities:

Account Management & Business Development:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the hospitals (physicians, surgeons, specialists, head nurses, , pharmacy & purchase) in the assigned region (West Flanders, East Flanders, West part of Flemish Brabant & West part of Brussels)
  • Promote and sell the cardiology & endovascular portfolio to clinical customers in the assigned region (West Flanders, East Flanders, West part of Flemish Brabant & West part of Brussels)
  • Develop the presence of cardiology & endovascular portfolio to KOLs
  • Drive the business growth : Identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, ensure products cross selling, negotiate contracts, tender management ...
  • Monitor sales performance, share market and competitor insights, and participate in internal/external meetings, workshops, and events



Clinical expertise:

  • Developing an excellent expertise & knowledge on the entire portfolio : products for Interventional cardiology & Peripheral interventions
  • Providing technical & clinical product training to stakeholders within the hospitals (physicians, surgeons, head nurses, radiology department)
  • Providing Operating Room Assistance
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standard
  • Assisting in the development of new products ideas

The Successful Applicant

As successful Account Manager - Cardio Vascular - West Flanders / East Flanders / West part of Flemish Brabant & Brussels, you will have the following profile:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Sciences, Medical or Para Medical
  • +2 years of experiences in Sales within the Medical Devices
  • Knowledge or previous experiences in Cardiology or Vascular is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the Hospitals environment (interaction with pharmacy, Tender Management ... )
  • Ability to master complex clinical information
  • Highly motivated to learn about new technologies, products & ways of working
  • Ability to build long lasting customer relationships - Strong communication, interpersonal, commercial & negotiations skills
  • Ability to work independently & to be proactive
  • Fluent in Dutch & English, French is a plus
