Our client is a company active in HR services that offers a 360° solution to its customers (payroll, consultancy, insurance, prevention & well-being, etc.)

They are currently looking for an Account Manager to strengthen their team & support the growth in Brussels & Flemish Brabant.

Job Description

As Account Manager your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop new business & clients in Brussels & Flemish Brabant
  • Have a focus on companies with at least 50 employees
  • Have a focus on various sectors
  • Understand clients'needs
  • Develop & bring a relevant solution to your clients
  • Be in contact with various stakeholders depending the service you're selling (HR, Finance, prevention advisor, etc.)
  • Identify & create new cross selling opportunities

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have the following qualities:

  • A relevant experience in B2B services sales
  • Fluent in Dutch & French
  • An existing network in Brussels & Flemish Brabant
  • Strong business development skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Autonomous, creative & assertive personality
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Open-minded & a real team player
