Job Description

  • Manage a client portfolio and provide accountancy and business advisory services to national and international mid-sized clientele, including family businesses.
  • Oversee and guide a team of specialists, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and productivity in client work.
  • Monitor team performance, including invoicing and productivity, and report to senior management.
  • Promote cross-selling and uphold client's values of excellence and integrity.
  • Lead client files and provide support during tax audits and financial analyses.
  • Coach and develop team members in technical expertise and consulting skills.

The Successful Applicant

  • A proactive professional with a bachelor's degree in accountancy & tax (ITAA title is a plus) and a minimum of 10 years' experience as an external accountant.
  • Passionate about numbers, Belgian tax regulations, and the consulting environment.
  • Strong people management skills with a focus on team development.
  • Excellent planning, organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is a valuable asset.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and commercially minded.
