Job Description

  • Support strategic, financial, and operational management of the real estate portfolio
  • Execute and monitor commercial strategies, ESG roadmaps, marketing plans, and budgets
  • Manage leases, resolve vacancies, and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Collaborate with property and investment teams on asset management and transactions
  • Oversee due diligence, underwriting, and property condition assessments
  • Manage third-party vendors and strengthen stakeholder relationships
  • Drive asset performance to meet pan-European return targets
  • Control budgets, business plans, rent collection, OPEX, CAPEX, and valuations

The Successful Applicant

  • Higher education degree or equivalent experience in real estate or finance
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in asset or property management, preferably in office real estate
  • Trilingual fluency in French, Dutch, and English
  • Strong strategic and pragmatic approach with financial acumen in cash flow and budgeting
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-oriented communication skills
  • Proactive, autonomous, resourceful, and well-organized
  • Solid understanding of the Benelux office property market
  • Basic technical knowledge of real estate assets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
