Functie

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies, ESG roadmaps, and marketing activities to optimize portfolio value.
  • Manage existing leases and devise solutions for vacant spaces to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with property managers on building operations and assist investment managers in acquisition and disposition processes.
  • Support due diligence by providing underwriting assumptions, reviewing leases, and assessing property conditions.
  • Oversee budgets, business plans, and financial performance metrics, including rent collection and property valuation.
  • Foster strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
  • Mentor team members and manage performance review processes.
  • Ensure accurate data management and provide operational guidance on processes.



Profiel

  • Higher education degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in real estate, preferably in the office sector.
  • Trilingual proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.
  • Strategic thinker with a pragmatic approach.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in cash flow, business plans, and budgeting.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and resourceful with excellent organizational skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Benelux office market.
  • Basic technical understanding of real estate.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
