The Successful Applicant

  • A bilingual (French/Dutch) sales leader with experience in B2B sales management.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a sales team, creating a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
  • Hands-on and pragmatic, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage both strategic clients and operational challenges.
  • Comfortable managing change, with a dynamic mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong commercial acumen and customer focus, with experience handling key accounts and driving growth.
