Job Description



  • Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with architectural plans and quality standards.


  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including contractors and consultants.​


  • Lead regular site meetings and document progress through detailed reports.​


  • Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.​


  • Utilize BIM tools, particularly Revit, for project execution and collaboration.

The Successful Applicant



  • Degree in Architecture or related field.​


  • 8-10 years of experience in construction management of large-scale projects.​


  • Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with ACC and Bricsys environments.​


  • Fluent in French and Dutch.​


  • Strong communication and leadership skills.​


  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team of architects and various stakeholders.
