In Finance, we are seeking a new Billing & Process specialist!

Job Description

Process Optimization & Advisory

  • Identifying process improvements across regions.
  • Implementing efficient workflows in collaboration with leadership.
  • Supporting teams with operational guidance to strengthen execution.

Billing Operations & Analysis

  • Managing end‑to‑end billing across multiple regions.
  • Performing variance analysis to ensure accuracy.
  • Reporting on customer profitability for informed decisions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance/Billing/Processing
  • Bachelor or Master in Finance (or relevant)
  • Fluent in both Dutch & French.
  • Strong analytical skills, work with precision, and value structured processes.
  • You are communicative and enjoy collaborating across diverse teams.
  • Power BI expertise is considered a significant advantage.
  • Ideally, you are based within the Antwerp-Brussels-Ghent region.
  • You are flexible and willing to travel to our various locations when required
