Functie

As Business and Recruitment Consultant - Financial Services your responsibilities will be :

  • Lead business development efforts, opening new job opportunities by identifying client needs.
  • Build strong, solution-oriented relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from client briefing to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Leverage your knowledge of the financial market to deliver innovative solutions and create commercial opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with Luxembourg's financial regulations and HR standards, applying this knowledge to each interaction.
  • Collaborate with the BELUX Banking & Financial Services team to drive business growth.

Profiel

The Business and Recruitment Consultant - Financial Services that we are looking for must have the following qualities :

  • Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable about the financial market, with a passion for recruitment and business development.
  • A proactive, solution-driven mindset, always seeking business opportunities in client and candidate interactions.
  • Eager to learn the specifics of Luxembourg's legal, HR, and compensation frameworks.
  • A self-starter, comfortable with hybrid/remote work, and committed to delivering exceptional results.
  • Willing to travel to Luxembourg on a regular basis and operate from our main office in Brussels.
