Functie

As Business Developer you will :

  • Develop and grow the assigned market area by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, while ensuring high client satisfaction and minimizing churn.
  • Drive business expansion into new sectors and establish or strengthen partnerships with external stakeholders.
  • Manage incoming leads to convert prospects into clients.
  • Assist the Business Director with market research and analysis, including competitive landscape, emerging sectors, and evolving client needs (e.g., pricing, product features).
  • Oversee the technical and operational requirements of both existing clients and potential new customers.
  • Monitor and manage client payments, ensuring timely debt collection.



Profiel

  • Proven track record in sales, ideally in digital retail or IT-related sectors.
  • Dutch native, with strong professional proficiency in French and English.
  • Skilled in market analysis, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Comfortable working with business software tools such as Office Suite, SAP, and BackOffice systems.
  • Results-driven, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric mindset.
  • Organized and proactive in managing technical, operational, and financial aspects of client relationships.
