Job Description

As a Business Development & Account Manager, you will:



  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across Belgium.


  • Manage and grow an existing client portfolio by strengthening relationships and maximizing growth potential.


  • Understand clients' technical needs and provide tailored solutions in close collaboration with engineering teams.


  • Monitor market trends and competitors to anticipate opportunities and adjust your commercial strategy.


  • Actively contribute to defining and implementing the company's business development strategy.

The Successful Applicant



  • Proven experience in a B2B commercial role, ideally within a technical or engineering environment.


  • Comfortable with a hybrid role combining new business development and account management.


  • Multilingual skills: fluent in French, Dutch, and English.


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a solution-oriented mindset.


  • Autonomous, structured, resilient, and driven by an entrepreneurial spirit.
