Job Description

** Business Development Manager

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop the commercial activities of the company
  • Develop & implement the sales strategy together with the management
  • Analyze the market, the competition & trends
  • Prepare & manage a budget
  • Be a key actor in the company's strategy meetings
  • Have a strong focus on new clients acquisition with a main focus in Brussels & Flanders
  • Be responsible for the sales of all range of services that the company can provide
  • Be an advisor for your clients by giving them the right recommendations
  • Develop a tailor made approach by identifying & analyzing the needs of each client
  • Develop long-term & strong relationships with your clients
  • Be part of a SME & manage various tasks
  • Report the the director

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have the following qualities:

  • Fluent in Dutch, French, English is mandatory
  • Proven track record in B2B sales & in new business development
  • Real sales profile - you know how to close a deal
  • Ability to identify needs & to provide a tailor made approach with the right recommendations
  • Both strategic & hands on - you will be part of a SME where you will have to manage various tasks
  • Driven by challenges & eager to reach targets
