About Our Client

Our client is a national market leader in the industrial sector, based in South Antwerp. This innovative company wants to make the transition to a new ERP system. For this transition they are looking for a Business Process Analyst who will help to map and optimize the processes and help to translate them into what is needed for the developers.

Job Description

As a Business Process Analyst your key responsibilities are:

  • Be the bridge between our business/internal teams and the IT developers.
  • Analyze existing business processes and workflows or design new ones.
  • Educating process owners / (process key) users.
  • Interpret business requirements for IT staff and transform them into clear development briefings.
  • Give support on incoming malfunctions.
  • Supporting system integrations with external partners together with the technical teams.
  • Modelling/documenting the ideal "to be" process in line with ISO/QMS requirements.
  • Check if the development ultimately matches the user requirement and support the testing.
  • Manage the impact of process change on the organization.
  • Leading process redesign workshops.
  • Monitor, measure and provide feedback on process performance.
  • Translate these process non conformities into improvement projects.
  • Support the external ISO-audits from your (co-)governance role on our QMS.
  • Automate processes for the IT-team.

The Successful Applicant

As a Business Process Analyst you should have most of the competences:

  • Bachelor or Master or equivalent to experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (as a process / business / functional analyst).
  • Be able to act as a Change Manager.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Be able to talk with the developers.
  • knowledge of process mapping and business process reengineering / both analysis as modelling (BPMN or similar).
  • Helicopter view / able to see the big picture over complex systems.
  • Excellent communication skills as you work with a very wide audience.
  • Experience in Data projects is a plus.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
