As Business Unit Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Ensure smooth coordination between Commercial, Project Governance, Finance, Administration, and Human Resources.
- Improve processes by enhancing collaboration between departments.
- Monitor and achieve project goals.
- Apply project management guidelines and tools.
- Regularly monitor and manage project costs.
- Ensure all financial activities comply with internal and external regulations.
- Offer strategic recommendations to improve outcomes.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure continuous training and qualification of employees.
- Conduct regular internal reporting according to company standards.
- Organize and conduct internal and external meetings.
Profil recherché
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in French and English
- Experience in Commercial/Engineering project management
- Strong people management & leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of project management tools and methods
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel
- Customer-oriented and self-motivated
