About Our Client

My client is an international company and leader within the environmental sector. Due to the grow of their projets they look for an extra Asset Manager to join their team.

Job Description

  • Located in Brussels with scope on the Belgian territory
  • Conduct, monitor and report on asset maturity assessments
  • Implement innovative predictive maintenance and evaluate downtime
  • Collaborate with the contract manager and site management
  • Provide Asset Management training directly
  • Maintain existing ISO 55000 certifications
  • To develop and update asset renewal plans
  • Ensure compliance of assets
  • Lead investigations (root cause analysis)
  • Prepare Technical documentation

The Successful Applicant

  • An engineering degree in electromechanics, industrial engineering
  • Previous experience in engineering or a technical role,
  • Experience in asset management and maintenance planning,
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Dutch and French
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving and administrative skills
