With multiple legal entities and a lean organizational structure, they combine agility with strong financial discipline.

For the Finance department they are looking for a new Chief Accountant that will be responsible for 7 legal entities in Belgium.

Job Description

  • Full accounting management for 7 Belgian legal entities, including bookkeeping, invoice encoding, and account supervision
  • Preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and monthly treasury updates
  • Responsible for annual accounts and year-end closings under BE GAAP
  • Coordination of tax declarations with external fiscal advisors
  • Oversight of financial reporting and consolidation using accounting software (WinBooks, Isabel, Icone)
  • Implementation and improvement of accounting systems and internal processes
  • Management of legal and compliance aspects, including dividend distribution and documentation
  • Presentation and explanation of the annual budget during the group meeting in Luxembourg

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor or Master in Finance/Accounting
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in French & English
  • Autonomous
