Job Description

  • Handle bodily injury claims related to auto, home, and family insurance
  • Analyze case files in line with legal frameworks and jurisprudence
  • Collect medical and factual data to assess damages
  • Collaborate with doctors, lawyers, and inspectors to build cases
  • Process compensation and initiate recovery actions when applicable



The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in Law (civil, penal, private, or contractual)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in bodily injury claims or legal practice
  • Familiarity with medico-legal procedures
  • Fluent in Dutch, with a good command of French
  • Proficient in MS Word and other standard tools
  • Strong communication skills, assertive, and client-oriented
