Job Description

Due to the growth of the business, they are now recruiting for a new talent in the sales team.

The role of Client Relationship Manager involves the following :

  • For the client you are an Advisor : you are able to understand the core business of a client, identify their specific needs in terms of market insight and bring a creative solution
  • ... and a Partner : through this commercial position, you maintain solid partnerships by taking care of the client relationship while also participating to the growth of the company through generating cross/up-selling opportunities
  • For your team you are an Ambassador : you represent their expertise on the client side, you communicate with the client about their progress
  • You are for sure a Project manager : you coordinate the efforts and communication of all (internal & external) resources to ensure the success of the mission

The successful candidate will meet the following profile - a hybrid mix between Sales and consultancy
