Job Description

As a Client Relationship Manager your responsibilities are:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client accounts and cross-sell financial products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions.
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide regular updates and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Prepare and present reports on client account performance and activities.
  • Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives to enhance client engagement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Client Relationship Manager should have:

  • Educational background in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in the Financial Services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Banking & Financial Services operations and products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Problem-solving skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in relevant financial tools and systems.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
