Job Description

  • Perform second-line control activities and monitoring tasks, including review of client and employee surveillance alerts.
  • Provide guidance on Belgian and EU regulatory requirements, including evaluation of new products, initiatives, marketing materials, and internal control frameworks.
  • Contribute to regulatory watch, analyzing upcoming changes and assessing their impact on operations.
  • Ensure timely updates of compliance policies and procedures following regulatory developments and best practices.
  • Promote compliance awareness by delivering relevant training and contributing to a strong risk culture.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum three years' experience in compliance or regulatory roles within the financial sector (e.g., MiFID, consumer protection).
  • Strong integrity, sound judgment, and a proactive risk-based mindset.
  • Organized, analytical, and able to identify issues, propose solutions, and enhance controls.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and/or Dutch, and English.
  • Collaborative team player comfortable working with cross-functional and international stakeholders.
