Job Description

  • Guide occupiers and owners to find real estate solutions tailored to their needs
  • Analyze clients' financial capabilities to propose suitable solutions
  • Lead negotiation processes and advise on market conditions, legal requirements, and trends
  • Prepare and manage necessary documentation (contracts, leases, LOI, etc.)
  • Proactively seek new clients and opportunities
  • Update and maintain property listings
  • Collaborate with various departments (Valuation, Design & Build, Investment)
  • Build and maintain networks with consultants, owners, brokers
  • Stay informed about market trends and best practices

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate consultancy
  • Team-oriented with a desire to contribute to a dynamic environment
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and positive outlook
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Dutch, French, and English
  • Higher education degree in a relevant field
