Job Description

As a Contract Coordinator Rolling Equipment your responsibilities are:

  • Manage contracts related to rolling equipment (such as trucks, vans, forklifts, pallet trucks, etc) and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate and oversee procurement processes within the service logistics industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align equipment needs with procurement strategies.
  • Follow-up with suppliers to secure favourable terms and pricing (no negotiations).
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records for all contracts.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and organizational policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Contract Coordinator Rolling Equipment should have:
