About Our Client

My client is an international company leader in the field of maintenance services in hydraulic installations.

Initially developed in the UK, the company is facing a major growth phase and opening new services center across the Netherlands, Belgium and France.

For the business unit of Belgium - counting 3 services center and 2 more to come - my client is looking for a new head.

Job Description

As Country Manager of the Belgian BU, you are responsible for :

  • - leading the growth of the Belgian market through further developing/improving/adapting the its strategy (sales, marketing, etc)
  • - monitoring the business and optimizing processes
  • - supervision of the teams (25 technical profiles, 3 service center managers, 2 national account managers, several support people ) to ensure the further development and retention of high performance talents
  • - participation to the BeNeLux board comity
  • - P&L management
  • - reporting directly to the CEO
